A decent shopping mat located in the heart of Levenshulme. You can get affordable household items and also make comparison with other outlets like tescos and asda on the same Stockport road. Would encourage those visiting to check groceries individual webpage for an up to date prices before visiting if you're not close by

After coming back to this shop after around 5ish years my opinion hasn't changed its still a great shop and the staff are very helpful and this shop has some decent prices from what I've seen the other day when I went in there.

Been shopping here for over a decade now. I've watched the decline first hand. Staff can be impatient or flat out rude for no reason. For some reason, the most important groceries don't have overhead signs, such as eggs. I assume it's to get you to look at and buy other stuff you don't need while you search for what you actually want. When I was younger there were plenty of friendly staff that I'd regularly look forward to seeing again, but I'm honestly pretty sure most of the ones I see now must hate their job.Usually, that's not just because of the person, but poor management. Considering the steep decline in customers over the years, the removal of free deliveries with over £25 shopping, and the recent hostile atmosphere, I wouldn't be surprised.Still haven't forgotten the triumphant claims of 'cheapest milk in town!' which disappeared fast before the milk became the most expensive. Considering a self-checkout would eliminate the need for any staff except a security guard with how few customers I've seen, I'm surprised it hasn't been done.

The prices here are decent. This store has increased its range of food products and household items from when I first shopped here 2 years ago.The customer service here is nearly perfect. The 3 retail assistants who always provide me with great service are: David, Chelsea and Oliver. This terrific trio are approachable, friendly, polite, positive and professional. The former manager of this store (Sophie) use to manage this place very well. She was proactive, (somewhat) approachable, polite and helpful

If you have a big freezer then Iceland is a definite for shopping. There are loads of bargains to be had on brand name stuff and it's really cheap, especially in the current cost of living crisis. All you do is buy it, turn on the oven, put it in frozen and then eat! Dunno why Gordon Ramsay makes such a big fuss over cooking as it's dead easy!!
