They didn't deliver on the date I had paid for them to deliver and then there was no way of changing the delivery date to one when I would be in. The live chat (robot) just gives you the same message you can find on the tracking website ie that they won't be able to deliver on time and if you try to phone, it's an automated message with the same information. It is impossible to speak to a live person!

These people don't want your business! Poor experience in collecting goods and trying to return something as well. Got shouted out of the door before 9pm... 'CLOSED'! and they are supposed to be open till 10pm.Happy to take the fees but won't provide a service...
