Having had such a great experience with Kutchenhaus in Southend with the design and purchase of our office & utility furniture last year, we are now in the process of buying our new kitchen from them too.We found the team helpful, professional and very knowledgeable.Bernard, with his expertise in design & the patience of a saint was full of great ideas and advice. We never felt rushed, just special, valued customers who were listened to and never pressured.Paul was very professional & knowledgeable & was always willing to help with questions & queries.Shane was on hand for help & advice when we fitted the office/utility ourselves so this time we will be using his skills to fit our new kitchen.The quality & choice of the kitchens takes some beating & we couldn’t have asked for a better service or experience.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this friendly, helpful & experienced company.

We decided to change our kitchen and looked at various different suppliers. After meeting Bernard and the team at Westcliff there was only one choice for who we would get our kitchen through.From the initial design phase with Bernard, through to the fitting by Shane, everything went according to plan. The design was well thought out, and nothing was too much trouble, we settled on a design and everything was ready to go.The week of the install arrived, and the kitchen arrived from Germany with all the cabinets already built. The quality of the cabinets was far above what we had seen elsewhere. Admittedly the cabinets arrived a day early, but this didn't cause too much trouble.Shane started the fitting and everything just slotted in". The fit and finish are second to none for the price.Overall it was a relatively smooth installation

I cannot fault this company. Bernard designed the most beautiful kitchen totally suited to our needs, offering ideas and solutions to optimize all of the available space. I was always made more than welcome in the showroom or on the phone with queries and questions. Both Bernard and Paul took a pro active interest in the progress of the work. All of the trade professionals (kitchen fitter, electrician, plumbers, floor layers) communicated with each other. I didn't have to become involved or chase at any time, as they all communicated with each other to make sure no days/times/appointments were missed. All the trades people were polite, respectful, friendly and Shane the kitchen fitter managed to find solutions and creative ideas for some tricky areas in the kitchen. Rhys electrician sorted out long standing problems with my electrics after me having struggled and paid for previous electricians who never properly diagnosed the issues. This company is totally professional, involved and efficient. They take a pride in their work to the benefit of the customer. I am very happy with my new kitchen. Thank you Bernard, Rhys, Shane and all of your colleagues! I highly recommend you to potential customers.

I have worked with many companies and tradespeople in the construction industry and have never come across a company so outstanding. They have patience all the way from design to installation. Job gets finished 100% to the last screw. Come back for any slight issue. Can custom modify anything customer wishes. Competitive in price and outstanding in quality. All in all a cut above.

This is a great outfit to go to if you are wanting a new kitchen. The designers are knowledgeable and friendly - and more importantly - willing to take the time to really understand your thoughts and needs and help you visualise, and then achieve, your ideal solution.The range of finishes, styles and equipment is large, and though not cheap, you get what you pay for - a beautifully fitted, stylish and robust magnificent outcome that is a joy to the eye and a pleasure to work in.

Absolutely fantastic company. Bernard's kitchen design work was thorough, imaginative and he worked with us more like a consultant, in the best sense of the term. Highly professional and super friendly throughout. In the end, building costs have completely stopped our project, but even then, Bernard and Paul have been so reasonable and accommodating that they've made this difficult moment so much smoother. A thoroughly brilliant company to work with and I can't recommend enough.

I would like to thank all the staff at Kutchenhaus: Paul, Bernard, Shane and Pat. They all played their part in making our dream kitchen become a reality.Bernard was extremely patient while I was deciding on the final look. Nothing was too much trouble.Their communication was excellent, keeping us informed at all stages.I must also add that their after care was second to none. We had a problem with our boiler two months after completion. Pat very speedily organised for Shane, the fitter, to come and take down the cupboard to accommodate the plumber and he was happy to return and fix it back into place.Shane was excellent. Very professional and thorough. All in all a great experience and I would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience with Kutchenhaus. Firstly they have a great range of German kitchens - we went with a modern oak faced kitchen which we think will stand the test of time and which gets compliments from visitors - we got a great deal on AEG appliances and the Quartz worktop and the design through fit went very well - the guy who fitted our kitchen was a real craftsman......would really recommend them based on our experience - we spent less and got a better quality output than some of the other national alternatives out there

Appointed Kutchenhaus to design, supply & install my new kitchen and utility room late last year. The end result is more than i hoped for. Shane (fitter) did an amazing job and was always on time, clean and professional. Paul & Bernard from the showroom were very helpful with good suggestions and when finished left me feeling very happy. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone thinking of a new kitchen.

what a fantastic firm , implicit attention to every detail from start to finish from Bernard the designer , who came up with a fantastic design , Paul the owner who keeps a close eye on every detail, through to Shane the fitter, who is nothing but a perfectionist. You couldn't do any better than these guys they are brilliant. A very big thank you from the both of us.
