Fireplace Studio Brighouse

Went down to the showroom and picked a fire with ease, Rachael was spot on and assisted & showed me many different variations. They then booked me a date with the fitter Mark he was very helpful and answered my questions, can’t recommend Fireplace Studio Brighouse enough!

Originally fitted 17/05/22Whilst the sales people are good, its a nice product and was fitted fine, the fitters left something to be desired. They unfortunately damaged our trim on our window, it was fine before they arrived and was melted once they left. They had been charging drills and clearly left a metal drill bit touching the new window trim.When I pointed this out to them, they asked if I did it by smoking? Didn't believe that the metal could melt plastic and left so I cut my losses and paid out for repairing the window.Had them come back to look again prior to sorting it myself, he said to me what do you want me to do?" And suggested using some sealant.Maybe sort your own fitter our if you can."

Great job done by the team at Fireplace Studio! From start to finish with help choosing the right fire, to everything else in between through to installation was top notch. Would throughly recommend.

This is the second time I have used fireplace studio and the service has always been outstanding! I went for a multi fuel stove this time and I even had the stove sprayed a bespoke colour before it was fitted. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable and they speak with confidence, they offered me a range of different options and were not at all pushy they gave me the time I needed to make a fully informed decision. I am so happy I chose to go with the stove and love the flawless finished look of the bespoke colour to match the theme of my living room. The fit only took a maximum of a couple of hours and it didn’t disrupt my house at all. They also have a big range of stove accessories which made it a one stop shop for me.

Delighted with our Evonic Halo 1800XT fire fitted by Anthony and his team who also built the centre part of our media wall. Constructed to our own specification to accommodate home cinema speakers, the end result is awesome! A one stop shop for fireplaces of every description, competitive prices and helpful, friendly staff.

We are so thrilled with our new media wall which was installed by Anthony. He fitted it within a couple of days and gave us really useful advice. Would certainly recommend them.

We had our stove fitted yesterday and the very pleased with everything. Would recommend to others, the service was friendly and not pushy. Very honest and knowledgeable. The fitting team (Darren) and two other blokes were great. Obviously very messy job but they cleaned up and even hosed down our drive to get rid of the dust from the rubble etc. Excellent.

I was really struggling for some good customer service while looking round other fire place shops around the local area, that’s until I walked into the fireplace studio where I was greeting on entry by Joe who made me feel at ease and walked me through the whole process from start to finish. His knowledge was absolutely exceptional and all I had to do do was show him a picture of the area I wanted the fireplace and he narrowed my options down right away. This saved so much time and effort looking round their very impressive show room.I really couldn’t recommend the fire place studio enough. I will 100% be using them again in the future
