Salisbury Audi - Heritage

I can not rate this Audi dealership high enough and we have had a wonderful experience with the family members having now bought our fourth new Audi in the last 18 months and it is due to Ben, Cam and Paul’s total professionalism that we have continued to return to Heritage Salisbury and not looked elsewhere for a new car. Very highly recommended.

Got my car serviced today and Robyn was really helpful, the work was completed efficiently, received timely quotes for future work and generally a good experience. Thanks to Robyn and the Service Team.

Had my car in for service yesterday and upon collection, was checked in with the service advisor which was all fine until I had to ask about a part as my car had an advisory but she refused to provide me with any details or code. Seemed a bit odd she can order it for me and it’ll cost £600 for the part but she can’t advise the code or what it looks like. How am I meant to pay that much money when you can’t provide me with the details?! As well as they’ve offered complimentary wash and vacuum and it seems like they haven’t done anything at all in the car so they’ve done a great job vacuuming it!

I visited all the premium brand garages in Salisbury and by far the stand out of these was Heritage Audi Salisbury. Customer service has been exceptional and Scott the sales advisor connected very well with myself and family. (Won the whole family over!). in my experience, they continued to go above and beyond what is considered good service, to the point where Scott came in on his day off to do the hand over of the vehicle and do a run through of the nuances of an electric car! . As I said the service was exceptional, which amounted to me purchasing my car through these guys. I just want to say a huge “Thank you” for the service, plus the transparent and open advice on the vehicle. I would recommend anyone looking for an Audi to drop in and see these guys.

Would give 10 stars if I could! Amazing service throughout the process of buying my new car from both Scott and Maisy. Kept me up to date and arranged prompt collection. Highly recommend - wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Just as I'd hoped an Audi dealership would be, professional, honest, took their time with us. The car I'd left an online deposit on was presented really well on arrival and exactly as described, slightly better than I was expecting and I'm fussy. Had a long drive home and the car was absolutely faultless, really couldn't wish for more.

Recently purchased a new car from Sam Lewis at this dealership. Outstanding service! The sale was completed over the phone and by email, I travelled to Southampton where Sam picked me up, drove me to the garage, and quickly and seamlessly sent me on my way with an excellent car. Highly recommend.

I purchased a car from this dealership I dealt with Maisy. Firstly requesting a video of the car which she sent promptly as was over 3 hrs away. Then few days later agreeing a deal putting deposit down on the car. I did feel I was in good hands and that was the only reason for buying the car without seeing it. Part of the deal was to get the car delivered which was all agreed and date was set. Day before there car was not ready I was a little disappointed but Stewart the sale manager really sorted the problem out and found a solution going above what I expected. I really found the process simple although we had a minor issue it was dealt with in the upmost professional manner. Maisy did a great job even after sales support she made herself available to speak to. Stewart was fantastic and very fair.Both are a true asset to the dealership.I look forward to dealing with them again once I am ready to update my Q8.

Fantastic experience. Kenny and Ben's sales service was 2nd to none. I travelled 115 miles to this garage to buy a car and the entire sale was complete from my phone call to my daughter driving away in her next car within 3 days.

Poor. Not for the first time. Audi website also needs attention. Fine cars, after sales not in keeping with what one would expect.One person Maisie, showed customer service skills at the appropriate level. Will not be returning. Ever.
