Boultons

Rented a property on the 13th March 2021 and moved out on the 13th May 2022, never missed a payment and I thought I took exceptional care whilst in possession. Expect 6 monthly inspections no matter how long the duration (which is fair I guess), also expect them to demand that you allow viewers to see the property circa 3 weeks before you leave but the most disappointing issue I found with Boultons is their attempt to with hold virtually all your bond for minor/wear and tear. They started with approx 20 bullets points which has currently whittled down to 10 and included for things like deep cleaning and items which were defective at the start of the tenancy. Luckily I had taken extensive photos and videos. I am in the process of raising a dispute with DPS but I would urge folk to be very careful if you don't want to end up in my position.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service I got when selling my house through Boultons. A thoroughly professional team, they made a good first impression with their well reasoned and detailed valuation, but the team really delivered when an offer was accepted and they provided top notch support to both me and buyer. I particularly would like to mention Pip, who was such a pleasure to work with and who really got everything moving along smoothly. An unreserved and whole hearted recommendation from me.

Excellent letting/estate agents. Used them once before to sell my house so had no hesitation in using them to rent a property through. Always very quick to sort out anything that crops up, and always live up to their promises. A special mention has to go to Lisa for always been polite and just at the end of an email or phone call, a true lovely lady that takes pride in her work. Boulton's have managed both the purchase and leasing of our apartment new the University. Pip did a fabulous job on the sale and Leah has managed the rental without a hitch. She secured a tenant in 2 weeks and gained above the required rental. Kim undertook a homebuyers survey on my request. Kim provided me with very detailed responses to my queries and gave knowledgeable advice on areas of concern. I found the service to be excellent and competitive on price.
