I had my wardrobes installed yesterday. I realized they have wasted a big area of the room and they didn't communicate it to me at the time of design.Very expensive compared to what you get! Not worth it.

My pregnant partner booked a survey at our new house that we are renovating. She went round to the house to wait for the design consultant, she waited for over an hour in a freezing cold house and nobody showed up or even bothered to call to let her know. Well there goes an order for a very large walk in wardrobe and 4 further fitted wardrobes! It takes nothing to be polite to customers and keep them informed.

Home visit appointmentLate to appointment - not a great startNot very impressed with Sharps Sales Representative service to be honest.There was no transparency on deal costing or proper quotation, no brochure and just wanted to rush a sale through and do the deal. When I explained the 50% deal, he said everyday is a 50% deal. When looking at the costing, he just sheepishly just got his phone out and was hiding the numbers hoping to pull the wool over my eyes. Very straight in 2021.Again, it goes does to transparency and clarity. It was not clear what the deal breakdown? How am I save?As a big company as Sharps, you could do extremely better. I will not be purchasing from you due to the poor sales representative and lack of transparency which could be down to Sharps training process.Also, I did not like the way the sales representative dismissed to the finance options stating the APR is too high. Shocking.Not personable and lacks true customer service.Will not recommend!!!

Extremely poor service and quality and unable to resolve issues which are still outstanding almost a month after starting installation!!Firstly our home office was measured incorrectly and only identified when the installer was cutting pieces down to get things to fit. Not by a few mm, the room size was wrong by 30cm and so all cupboards were incorrect. They abandoned installation and 5 weeks later still nobody has been to finish the installation. The piles of rubbish are still in my driveway!!On 2 separate occasions CS have told us an installer is coming and we have taken time off work to stay at home, but nobody turns up. After a 15 minute call waiting to speak to CS to ask when the workman will arrive, they are completely unaware that nobody has even turned up.The bedrooms that were completed are substandard. The bottom of two draws have a gap in the bottoms and fall out!!!!Some of the worktops have been bashed on the corners and not been replaced or repaired. Not the quality and service you would expect after spending over £15k on bespoke furniture.

Horrendous5k spent on a fitted wardrobe that took three days. The doors don’t even shut. Quality is awful as is the fitting. They have ruined our bedroom ceiling, wallpaper and new carpet that isn’t even anywhere near the wardrobe that they do poorly fitted. I could have done a better job myself blindfolded.

My daughter bought her bedroom furniture and the quality of service was good.

I found their website through an online ad, but they don't do online quotes.So I went into their local showroom with my measurements but no, they don't do quotes in the showroom either.Completely useless

I had a home consultation by a designer called Martin. He refused to give me an itemised quote but insisted that the price already included a 50% discount. He further advised that drawers were too fiddly with sliding doors and that a separate chest of drawers should be purchased. He refused to give me a CAD of the wardrobe unless I agreed to proceed with payment on the spot. He did, however, give me an inaccurate drawing of my bedroom, which did not fill me with much confidence.The designer was extremely negative about other fitted wardrobe companies, in what I understood to be a bid to push his sale through.The 'bespoke' units are chosen from a catalogue in limited sizes- not bespoke at all!

Yesterday we had a booked visit from a designer called Martin who was frosty, unpleasant and clearly had an attitude about the appointment being made on Sunday. When I assured him I was happy to have a visit during the week and I was told he was local and therefore happy to see me, he told me he was making someone a favour. Well, it clearly was not me as my husband and I found him rude and unhelpful. Therefore, we will NOT be leaving our money with Sharps and prefer to take our business elsewhere.
