Northeast rooflines

Came out .. took 10 minutes on roof ...used no materials..and was charged 120 pound ..which I think is way over charged ... still leaking .. some roofers seal was used on the cracked condensation pipe... which was what you said was thecause of the leak.. no flashing was used .....still leaking so wasn't that.....called another roofing firm to come and fix the leak... the condensation pipe was a plumbers job you shouldn't off even put sealOn the cracked.condensation pipe....I think I should have my money back ....

Had a full new roof done by Andrew and the lads very happy with the work carried out tidy job roof looks excellent and was well priced would recommend them to anybody really friendly hard working lads even took the time on a weekend to price the job because I needed it doing before the bad weather arrives

Attended promptly to assess and give quote. Able to do the work earlier than expected, professional ,cleaned up after and price was as quoted. Would definitely recommend and will not hesitate to contact again if I have any further work. Good company.

Appears to have done what we asked and responded quickly to our request, but communication is appalling and VERY expensive for what he did (£600 to repair a hole in the roof but was only on site less than an hour).I asked 3 times for him to give the time that he would be coming so I could let the tenant know - he didn’t bother. When he turned up he just started working - when the tenant challenged him he said he didn’t know anyone was in.Now, a week later and after asking 5 times, I am still waiting for a receipt, despite me paying same day and him promising to do it ‘today’ 3 days in a row.I wouldn’t recommend this company and will be looking for someone else to do the remainder of the work we need doing.EDIT: He did eventually send a receipt, although it is now very clear that I have been totally ripped-off on price.

Reasonably priced work, our issues with gutters were sorted within 24 hours of contacting the company. Highly recommended

Andrew's quote for replacing 2 flat dormer roofs with Firestone rubber was competitive and he offered to repair some ridge pointing at no extra cost. He's a lovely guy and nothing is too much trouble for him, all he cares about are satisfied customers. I'm over the moon with the work his team carried out which came with a 20 year guarantee in writing. It's so refreshing to find honest tradesmen and I can't recommend North East Rooflines highly enough.
