Sound and Ground

I have been regularly attending sound baths with Nicky from Sound and Ground for over a year. They form an important part of my personal well-being toolkit. Each session the sounds are slightly different but what doesn’t change is the immense relaxation I experience from attending. Nicky is kind, caring, thoughtful and highly talented with her instruments. I have also participated in Forest Bathing with Nicky, which was equally as amazing. If you’ve not tried the range of offerings from Sound and Ground, you really should!

Nicky has run both sound Bath alone, and sound Bath along with my teaching of Yin Yoga.Her professionalism is second to none, and she is truly passionate about what she does.The studio was set up beautifully by her and the Sound Bath beautiful . She synchronised so well with my Yin class.I would highly recommend Nicky to any studio.

Such a relaxing, bonding and enlightening experience!We booked Nicky for a hen party. Her communication was superb before, during and after the session. She tailored our session around the hen and the setting in Thetford Forest was so beautiful. We all walked away feeling calm, knowing each other much better and determined to spend more time in nature. I can highly recommended Nicky for events she is a true professional.

I have attended sound baths and yoga nidra with Nicky at Sound & Ground. Each session is very thoughtfully put together in a lovely location (The Engine House in Brandon Country Park is particularly lovely) and Nicky guides you through the sessions expertly. I've been drawn to the idea of forest bathing for a while now and had the opportunity to try this recently. What a wonderful way to spend a morning. Nicky is a fantastic host and extremely knowedgeable guide, and her hand brewed tea at the close of the event was delicious. I learned many new skills and feel more confident about engaging with the forest the next time l visit. It's great value for money and l highly recommend the opportunity.

Last month Nicky delivered the most magical and beautiful sound bath experience during a yoga retreat I was hosting.It was such a fabulous way to close out the Saturday and I know each and everyone of the ladies who attended it was blown away.Such thought and care from start to finish.
