Most toxic company to work for. No respect for any employee, if you do the slightest thing wrong you are pulled in for a disciplinary. Basically looked at like a piece of dirt on a shoe.They tell you they provide training, this is only true if they receive investment or funding for specific training.HR Manager publicly known to constantly spy on employees using CCTV, has been found guilty of it and still has a job.Maintenance manager can not keep any of his staff as he micro-manages everything and provides little to no training.Company as a whole is terrible to work for; senior management, directors, maintenance, production operatives all leaving the place shows that this is a horrible company to work for. They even got rid of the Union rep 4 weeks after coming back from strike action!!

Work hard. Time off for a dependent, told to come back in Monday 15 mins later your sacked. Cc use out of date composites for jcb, hubbell and mclaren do not work for these idiots, because the worker will be held accountable when parts snap , and they will, and the management " will put the blame on the monkeys. Oh and a fella who is area supervisor sells cocaine and another lad smokes majuaraina every day

Unable to give no stars or I would. Where to start! The most toxic management culture that you will ever encounter. Production staff are treated with contempt by management at all levels. Minimal training is provided to assist them. Then if you make a mistake you are punished. The company specialises in threatening letters and notices to their employees. Your opinion or experience will be totally disregarded because what would you know. The HR department is a complete joke. Be prepared to be harassed and intimidated by that particular part of the company.It's such a shame because it could be a decent place to work if the culture was different.
