Great selection, big clearance area upstairs.. discount for proof the kids go to scouts.. Young lad who served me was lovely and patient with my son asking him the price of everything, despite it all being labelled clearly.Only found out this visit, that as a student I get more discount than the scouts (15% rather than 10%)

Found everything I needed for my outdoor adventures here at a good price. The store is well-stocked with quality gear and the staff are outdoor enthusiasts themselves, offering great tips. Prices are fair, and the sales can be a real steal. No big brands to be found here really, but for general outdoor activities, it's spot on.

Mostly absolute tat, but very occasionally a decent bit of kit at a good price. Not good for the time poor, but very good for the cash poor. More suited to dog walkers than mountain walkers.

Great range of clothing items in store. Staff were helpful, especially David. David was brilliant with his knowledge and understanding of what the shop could offer me and tailored it to my needs. He was always happy to help. Great prices in store too.
