Very good in all respects. Sociable, keen to do a good job, careful to adhere to covid 19 restrictions. Have had hair cuts there for 10 years, different stylists but always a good cut.

I took my daughter to Shampers today to have her hair shaved off in support of ‘Brave the Shave’ MacMillan Cancer Research………when I went to pay, Fleur refused payment and said she was donating her time………thank you so much and I will be recommending you to all my friends and family. X

Absolutely yes yes yes! Had the best french bob cut and balayage afterwards. People work here with a huge passion for what they do. Definitely recommend.

About a month ago, I went in and asked for them to make my hair more cohesive and go back to my natural brunette from having ombré. They did the exact opposite even though we talked extensively about what I wanted and looked at pictures. My hair is very streaky and blonde mostly on one side. It is the worst hair dye situation I have ever had even though it was about £139. I really tried to get use to the blonde, but it just looks so so bad. I went in today to explain the situation, and they want me to pay another £66 (no discount or anything) even though they ruined my hair. Tbh it’s the most disappointing experience, and I’m never going back. I usually am very careful with my hair and get gots of compliments about it. Now it looks like I took a nap halfway through an at home streaky box dye with an old-style highlight cap.
