A fab and friendly Pilates class to join, perfect for beginners and also intermediate level. I always leave the class feeling great and have definitely noticed a improvement in my lower back stiffness and posture.

Gina's pilates class on a Friday morning in Newport is the best hour of my week I could do for myself. Don't get me wrong, it is a challenging class, moves along at a good pace and I always come out feeling like I have worked hard. But I found it has helped me tremendously with my core strength! This is particularly good new for someone like me who is a back pain suffer which I have noticed has reduced while attending Gina's class regularly. If you are a back pain suffer, just let Gina know, she manages her class in a way that offers the individual lots of different options and varying degrees of difficulties. Highly recommended.

Have been attending Gina's classes on and off for a few years and definitely notice a difference when I've not been for while! Gina has a very easy, friendly and relaxed style and deals well with having 'newbies' and more experienced people in her classes. One things for sure you feel like you've done some work when you finish! Recommended.

I joined Gina’s Pilates online beginners class last year at the start of lockdown.I have never looked back. The benefits both physically and mentally have been great.Gina explains and demonstrates all the moves so patiently and clearly. Always with a smile!Can’t recommend enough.

I have been attending Gina’s Pilates class for a few years now and I love it-I feel strengthened and lengthened after each session! Although built round core moves Gina introduces a different focus or piece of equipment that gives variety to each class. There is a great spread of classes throughout the week. Gina is great at letting you make up missed classes at another time. Would thoroughly recommend giving the The Pilates Project a try.

Gina is a fun and skilled teacher. I am always anxious about joining classes because I am a shift worker but Gina is very supportive. Gina is also very aware of different health needs, mobility and abilities in her classes and differentiates with adapted positions.

Huge benefits from Gina's class - my posture and balance have both improved and I feel fitter since attending the classes than I did before I retired from work.Gina is very patient with newcomers and always offers alternative moves. And you get that good feeling when you try something a bit more challenging each week!There is plenty of choice of location, day and time for the classes so no excuse for not booking!

Joining The Pilates Project has been the best thing I've done for myself as a working Mum in many years! Gina's instructions are accessible and suited to different levels, and allowed me to progress and not just maintain a certain level of fitness. After about 6 month of more or less regular practice, I have less back and joint pain, my core is stronger, and everyday things like climbing stairs and chasing my son have become much easier. I wish I had time for two sessions per week, but even one has been wonderful. Thank you, Gina <3
