I’ve been to rush on two occasions, both with Sarah. She’s extremely professional and a very good colourist. The manager Agi seemed very lovely and put me at ease from the get go. I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

Chika is the best, she just gets colour and has transformed my bleached, dry, brittle hair into healthy, thick hair. It can be tricky to highlight blonde hair as it can get too white but Chika always managed to get the perfect shade that suits my skin colour, without using bleach. Wouldn't see anyone else.

Went in on Monday booked a appointment with Manageress at reception she gave me prices and a card for appointment Wednesday when I called Wednesday to cancel by phone I was told by 2 different people I did not have a appointment booked for Wednesday even though I have the card she gave me with time and date for Wednesday very bad customer service also should have asked could we offer you another appointment. The Manageress I even mentioned to her should you not do a patch test first which she did but she was willing to on Monday to do my hair without patch test now I shall not be going to Rush after all this .

Starting with the receptionist lady who greets you with a smile and warmth and continue with professional stylists who take care of your every single hair, and and positive attitude, made me feel very happy and valued . So, I will definitely return to this amazing shop.The Macedonian guy did for me very great job! I am so happy! Thank you so much!

I just wanted to trim my hair and I paid £92 for cut and blow dry, he basically cut 1cm !! He didn’t even ask me if I like the length of my fringe if it’s what I wanted no chat nothing no interaction ,I didn’t even get a proper blow dry as the hairdresser used the normal brush to dry my hair…! I never ever paid such a price just for a haircut !! I asked some explanation and it was not clear at all , on the website it says “ from £70”but how is it possible to add £22 more ?? just for a trim just for a trim !! I feel ripped off !! Worst haircut service of my life and absolutely expensive !!

I had a fantastic experience with Michaela last Sunday who cut and coloured my hair, taking great care and attention in doing so. She listened very carefully to what I was looking to achieve and executed it perfectly.And I am delighted with the results! She currently only works on Sundays and although is a 'Stylist' level, I believe that her actual skills are underrated. Highly recommended.

I wish I could give 0 star. Stay away from this place. I went there to do highlights on the root of my hair and I left with the hair completey stained in an orange bold color and very damaged. As they tried to fix wothout success, I asked for a refound that was denied. I also paid to do a keratin treatment that left my hair even more brittle.
