Excellent experience throughout my time as a tenant with Parkmead. Very professional property management company. Consistently prompt and clear communications in my dealings with Mark and Alex. Great service overall and I dould not hesitate to recommend them highly.

Alex and Brenda have been wonderful to work with at Parkmead. Anytime I had an issue with the flat they were quick to respond and when it came time to move-out they were extremely helpful answering all my questions and getting the security deposit returned to me. Nothing but great things to say!

The maintenance team was very prompt and was usually home within a day of the complaint. They even took out-of-hours requests! I would definitely recommend Parkmead Estates to anyone renting!!

Where to start?!Parkmeadestates is literally the BEST agency I have rented a house with! (in 7 years I have been living in London).All the agents have always been keened to help my girlfriend and myself for any issue we had with the flat. Everyone has always been there for us, to assist any request and fix things around, along with their amazing handymen. But a special thanks goes to Alex, who picked ANY kind of request we had at ANY time, always with positivism and professionalism.. Sorry for bothering you so, so much during this year!Lastly, its worth to say that they all have been really comprehensive during the pandemic and the rent price.. Parkmead Estates has an extremely professional and helpful team. It was my first rental accommodation in UK and the help and support I got from them was superb. Whenever there was any maintenance related issue, they were extremely quick to turn around and resolved the issue at the earliest. Their maintenance portal is so perfectly designed that you could raise any issue in just few minutes with all the details and they will respond almost within 24 hours every time. I would like to especially mention Alex who was coordinating everything and was always just an email away. He would always respond quickly to my emails to any kind of requests I had. Overall, extremely professional team and would love to take their services in future.

Parkmeads was my first rental property in the UK and incredibly grateful for the team. Alex and Brenda were always prompt in answering my queries. They will send the maintenance team almost immediately when you need them. Door lock was broken one time and they sent maintenance team within the day. I had an amazing time as they never let me wait. The property in Orpington Highstreet had great access to Orpington Station (5 mins by bus or 14 mins walk). 15-25 mins to Victoria/ Charing Cross by Train. Bus station is across. Tesco was literally a minute walk. There's cute restaurants, cafes, cocktail lounge along Highstreet. There's Anytime fitness across and a total of 3 gyms within Highstreet. Area is relatively safe. I work long days so I would tend to get grocery late during work days and also go to gym late. Property is perfect for Hospital Professionals who isn't keen staying in busy Central London. The streets as calmer and greenery was calming. Best and easiest 2 years!

Parkmead Estates have been really great agents, quick to solve any issue we may have with the flat, and always very accommodating with timings for check in / check out / maintenance etc. Alex was our main contact and he was always super kind & professional. Recommended!

I’m incredibly pleased with the service I received from from Parkmead Estates .We had been with them for so many years.They are very friendly, always there to help and check on you if everything ok.Couldn’t be happier with service that they provide.Never had any issues with them since we signed our contract more than 10 years ago!
