SCAM AVOID - I had the same issues as other reviewers. Tried to pay for a ticket but the machines were not working so went elsewhere. I was in the car park for less than 4 minutes yet I received a £100 fine!! On appeal to the car park company I sent the void receipt showing I had tried to pay but, several weeks later was told I was unsuccessful and had to pay the full fine.. how is this legal???

AVOID - DO NOT PARK HERE!! Scam alert!!I attempted to park here several weeks ago and the ticket machines would not accept card payment and are faulty. Not being able to pay I drove to a nearby car park and paid/parked there instead. I was sent a £60 fine in the post for trying to pay at their machines! I Appealed and got rejected because I didn't buy a ticket? 0 logic, 100% scam. Madness what these companies are able to get away with.

I also tried to park here and the ticket machines weren't working....in fact I tried for 10 minutes making me late for my daughter's brace fitting and the 3 times prior to this I had similar issues but eventually managed to park. On this occasion after spitting out void tickets saying it hadn't worked I had no alternative but to put the void tickets on display and then rush to the already late appointment. 2 weeks later I received a £100 fine through the post. Absolutely scandalous. And my appeal was also rejected. So I am now having to go through the ombudsman to appeal again. Plus which when enquiring at the dentist, the staff said that many clients complained about the very same issue. SCAM id the perfect word. They try and rush you into paying it for a reduced cost so that you don't appeal!!! The financial and time-consuming stress of this all is not needed!!!
