The Hearing Space

I visited Paul at The Hearing Space for support with a longstanding issue with my right ear, which turned out to be impacted wax. Paul was brilliant - he was thorough, professional and friendly and did a great job of appeasing my fears about the microsuctioning process. End result - I am amazed at how much better my hearing is, I had forgotten it is possible to hear this well! I cannot recommend Paul highly enough.The location in Chapel Allerton is also great.

Great experience today at Hearing Space. Went to see Paul as I was struggling to hear and had very blocked ears. He was really informative and knowledgeable and made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. I ended up having the Micro-suction procedure which went really well and I can know hear better than I have done in years! I want to really thank Paul for making me feel really comfortable and at ease, could not recommend Paul more!

I recently visited Paul for emergency treatment due to prolonged ear pain and discomfort. Paul was able to diagnose my problem quickly and efficiently and provided me with the necessary treatment. He was very professional and explanatory throughout the entire process, and was also very accommodating and willing to see me out of hours on a Saturday, which I was very grateful for. Paul's diagnostic skills were truly impressive, and his treatment was nothing short of excellent and most importantly, pain free. His expertise and dedication to his work and patients are truly commendable. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received and I left the clinic with my ear treated, and in no pain. I am grateful for his exceptional care and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of audiology services.

We visited Paul with our 3.5 year old son who had been experiencing difficulty hearing. Paul was very friendly and patient with our son, who took a little time coming round. He put my little boy at ease during the hearing test and is clearly very knowledgable in his field. Me and my husband were really impressed with how the hearing test was conducted. Paul used a variety of games and play to conduct the test and I'm not even sure my son was aware he was being tested at all times!We received the report via email by the time we had driven home! We would highly recommend Paul for any hearing issues and will be back, should we have any further problems!

Just had an appointment with Paul to check my ears and remove wax. He was calming, friendly and knowledgeable. Gave some good advice on how to avoid wax build up in the future. His office is also in a lovely building in Chapel Allerton, really clean and well kept. Would recommend.

We have visited Paul at The Hearing Space today with our 3 year old who has a speech delay, to rule out possible hearing difficulties.We have never seen our son so comfortable and confident at a medical appointment before and this is down to Paul taking time to make him feel at ease, getting down to his level to communicate with him and having patience.Although no hearing issues were found, Paul was happy to give us further advice on where to turn next. Very knowledgeable. Helped with the removal of my sons ear wax and gave hearing test too. Highly recommended.

Today was not my first time having ear wax removed. Usually sucked out by a poweful method, which was sometimes painful. However, Paul took great care with checking my ears and eardrumsp before gently removing the wax without my noticing at all. I have already recommended him to family and have no hesitation recommending him on this site.
