I have been using this launderette for over 10 years. It’s a well maintained, well positioned small business that is an integral part of the community. With so many empty small business retailers within Eastleigh it’s lovely to see a local business still thriving. It’s staffed full time and staff are always available to help and offer advice.

I have been using this launderette for 8 years and the staff (especially mindy)have always been very helpful and friendly. (Again especially mindy who is always up for a bit of friendly banter)

Clean establishment but many machines were ot of order. Lady in charge was obviously under the weather because she eas sullen and rude, threw the coins on the counter and did not offer assistance to new clients. A very different experience to what previous customers had expressed in their reviews.

I've used this launderette for many years washing large heavy bedding. I am now going to be using another launderette that's not local due the continuous rude woman that works there. The machines never wash how I want my bedding washed I want a hot wash and I'm always told to use a 40* degree wash which doesn't cut it. I'm paying so surely customers have the right to chose the wash. Personally don't bother go elsewhere!

This Launderette is fine dispite some bad reviews, some people appear to take things far to personally. Maybe they expect to be treated like royalty wherever they go?It's a well used place but it's clean and efficient and gets the job done.

I've used this launderette a few times so I'm used to the miserable lady that fronts the business but even I was left in shock today. Google tells me it's open until 4pm so at a few minutes past 3pm I walked in to wash some work jeans only to be told I'm too late to use the machine as they turn the water off at 3pm. Obviously surprised I was then told there's another launderette at North Baddesley. Well, after today's visit I'll be sure to use anywhere but this one. The exchange was delivered with a smirk that will ultimately cost this business a lot of money.

Used this launderette in May 2023. Very friendly and helpful staff. The costs were very reasonable and there are plenty of shops in the parade to waste 30-45 mins. Would recommend

Me and the wife went in to wash a few bags of clothes I was selling on vinted. As I was getting cash out the lady who ran it asked my wife why she was helping me do my washing…Seems harmless but this kind of judgemental stereotyping will damage a small business like this. We will not be going back
