Nadine is absolutely amazing. I went a long time with major pain after tearing something near my shoulder blade, after spending two years in pain being unable to lift my arm correctly, I was introduced to Nadine.A few sessions later and I was healed. I was back to normal, having full movement back into my arm and living normally.I can’t give Nadine enough praise for the amazing work she has done for me over the years. As a client of over 10 years I would credit Nadine with prolonging my sporting activities and mobility, far in excess of where they would have reduced. Always receiving fast and accurate diagnosis, followed by expert injury management and preventative treatments. Having tried other therapists in the past I can confidently state that Nadine is the best, and I would not hesitate to recommend.

I have been going to Nadine for years and would not go anywhere else. She has got me moving again after car accidents and with long term conditions. She is quite simply the best sports massage therapist I have ever been to. She can easily pinpoint trouble areas and will provide you with exercises afterwards. She is professional and friendly and provides an all round excellent service.

Nadine has done my sports massages for many years. She is thorough and highly knowledgeable with her assessments and gives me exercises and stretches to do to improve issues I have. I always feel so much better after treatment. Facials are lovely too. I travel an hour each way to see her, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
