Tiffany was very welcoming and understanding of my issues, I had a middle ear infection that couldn't be verified due to the wax covering any visual sign of infection, she was very gentle, relaxed and comforting considering I was in quite a lot of pain. Professional and empathetic, would highly recommend.

Very professional Practice. Very calming as I was a bit stressed. Extremely thorough ear cleaning. Procedure explained before hand. Excellant clinical knowledge which was reassuring. I feel like a new man ! Will definately be going back - very reasonable prices aswell. Lots of reassurance given before and after. Extremely professional and would totally recommend to anyone who needs this procedure.

Tiffany managed to fit me in within the day we got in touch, other services wanted a fortnight wait before seeing me. She took time to find out the details, explain the process and put me at ease. Again, compared to other services the price was amazing. As I drove home I heard things I never thought I could hear before. My pain was gone and I felt amazing. Thank you.
