We commissioned 12b to make a cushion for a bay window seat, not a straightforward task, considering its shape.Pauline was extremely pleasant, professional and easy to work with. She took care of all aspects of the project; her communication and timescales were faultless.The finished article is stunning, a perfect fit. We are both delighted with her superb craftsmanship. Highly recommended.
