For along time I had been suffering with shoulder and lower pain back. To a point where I was taking pain killers to do simple things like gardening because my back was so bad. I met Jas in a local gym who suggested some treatments, shoulder and lower back massage, cupping and tape for my pain points. I left after my first treatment feeling like a new person, I felt loose and the horrible twinging in my neck had gone, I have not had the back pain again, I go regularly now to keep up the treatment with my shoulder as I think this was causing the other issues and I have noticed since lockdown it is started to come back, my shoulder is a repetitive stress problem and seeing Jas helps so much and makes it manageable, she’s so professional and is excellent at massage therapy. Thank you for making me feel better.
