Great location, really good staff! BUT.-I paid 381£ for 1 night, the rooms have not been renovated since 1990. My room had a weird smell, not sure if it was coming from the carpet or from an old sofa next to the bed.-I wasn’t able to attend an online meeting, internet connection is really poor…-The sheets had blood stains.-Breakfast not included (for 381£) so had to pay 25£ extra, buffet was very limited for a 4 stars hotel.-Mini bar is empty, you need to walk downstairs to the bar if you want to drink something.

Habitación limpia. Una de nuestras habitaciones era claustrofóbica. No tenía ventanas (bueno, si, falsas, y era todo oscuro y agobiante). Los baños para uso común del hotel están sucios (las paredes, se nota que llevan días sucios). Se escucha bastante el ruido de los coches en las habitaciones que dan hacia la carretera. Desayuno rico, personal muy amable. Nos dejaron guardar las maletas en recepción.

I cannot fault the location or the staff at the hotel…however the room was tiny and freezing and the heating fan sounded like a jet engine which took forever to turn off, when we reported this to the staff they first off suggested getting a heater in our room but then moved us to a upgraded room… which was a little bigger and not quite as cold but still cold and the heating was a bit quieter. The bathrooms are also on the small side with a shower curtain instead of a screen with the sink in a really awkward place.

Stayed in the cheapest-option room (still quite expensive), a large queen bed with one other guest of mine.Room was clean, quiet, and suited our purposes except HAS NO FRIDGE. Good location, close to the train stations and BP.The service staff downstairs left something to be desired…

The staff here are the greatest. Beginning with Roshan who was unbelievably kind and helpful and went out of how way to make sure I had the right room and sorted out everything I was concerned about. The entire staff is above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble and always responded immediately and thoughtfully. The place is perfectly situated and really works well. All the thoughtful touches and attentive service and extra amenities make this a place I will always want to return to. I can’t thank the team enough. The app works great too for questions to be answered. Everything is superb! Huge thank you to the whole staff.

location is PERFECT! so central to so many things. the staff was very friendly. they even gave us a free bottle of wine as we were celebrating our honeymoon! thanks nalin!really enjoyed the water machine near the room and the coffee machine in the mornings. the room was nothing special - a little small! but would stay again for the location and price alone.

First, the location is second to none close to Trafalgar Square and only a less than 20 min walk to just about any of the major sites in London.I felt very safe at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Loved that it had AC. Wi-Fi was fast and easy to connect. The beds were as comfortable as my bed at home! They even accommodated my need for a mini fridge for my medication at no extra cost.Would highly recommend and would stay here again if I was visiting London!

Superb location! Rooms are ok, but perhaps a little dated. Staff are genuinely friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was good but expensive, whilst recognising it is a central hotel, there are tons of places to go for a much cheaper breakfast nearby. Hotel is definitely recommended due to its location
