I have been using Laptop Lab for a number of years. Their technical knowledge and customer service is excellent. Each time I have visited the shop with both desktops and laptops, the problem has always been repaired and at a very reasonable price.The shop is exceptionally organised and a has large stock of different accessories.I have also had occasions when technical problems have been resolved over the telephone. I would highly recommend Laptop Lab to other customers. A1 business.

Fab little computer shop and very professional and reasonably priced. I wouldn't take my PC or laptop anywhere else! The Shirley branch repaired a laptop for me with new hard drive and it has served me very well for over a year now and also I bought a recon PC from them two years back which has been trouble free and with running some pretty powerful software I can assure you it has no easy life! So yes, two thumbs up from me and overall I feel very fortunate to have your valued services at hand. Thank you very much.

He thinks he knows it all. He is really money hungry took my computer to him he said it's going to cost 300 pound I went to another shop and he repaired it for 50 pounds this guys a fraud.He's saying I'm making an accusation but it's ok I fixed my PC for 35 quid :)

I would not use this place again, go straight to apple if you have a problem with your macbook. They charged £20 to have a look at it and kept my laptop for over two weeks with no contact of what was going on with it. They said it would need to be wiped which I wasn't happy with. I took it to Apple and they fixed it within one hour, no charge and no wiping of my things.Leave it to the real experts

I popped into Laptop Lab just on the off chance as I was in the area. And I'm glad I did !The owner went out his way to find what I needed (SSD Drive) along with listening to what I was trying to accomplish. The owner gave me a good lead to getting another item online that worked perfectly, thank you. Even though Laptop Lab is well out the way for me, I will without doubt use them again.Again 'Thank You' for your time and Help.

I have used Laptop Lab, Shirley on a number of occasions. From purchasing computers to cable and accessories. The owner is extremely helpful and is always willing to give assistance and advice.I have no reservation in recommending Laptop Lab to anyone that requires excellent service.(PS, I have tried the large retail computer stores, found the knowledge of the people and the service to be second class.)

Never used this place before but will definitely do so again. Brilliant, speedy service and extremely helpful. My laptop is now working great again, plus it looks a lot cleaner than it did previously! Highly recommend.

Top marks. Friendly face provided an honest, up-front and very reasonable quote for the repair of my laptop. Repair was carried out well within a week and my laptop was soon back up and running. This repair was supplemented with helpful advice on how to avoid encountering similar problems in the future.In a nutshell, I would recommend this place to anyone with a repair necessary to their laptop/desktop computer in the solihull/south birmingham area.
