Terrible

Call to discuss my passport application. Tells me average wait time is 5 mins - fine. But then it rings once and then tells me that actually they can’t possibly get to my call, goodbye.So I call back, this time the “approximate average” wait time is 10 mins. Again - fine. But it rings once and tells me again that they cannot get to my call and to call back.Unacceptable. If I want to wait on the phone - let me!

Been trying to get a passport since January, don't bother trying because they will ask you to call a number for a appointment that literally doesn't answer when called over 200 times in a row.Waste of time and money, HMRC are well aware of the issues and have been for over a year and do nothing to rectify their pathetic phone lines.At this point I'd have more luck getting struck by lightning than getting through to them.Absolutely pathetic.

I have been calling hm passport office for the last month now and no one has picked up the phone. I had them received a letter to confirm something to the hm passport office yet no one has been picking up the phone. This is ridiculous as it has caused a huge delay and has left me uncertain about what’s going on!!!

On hold for 53 minutes and when answered it was total silence for over a minute and then hung up on me.

I have never dealt with with a company so awful under trained no body you speak to has any idea how to do their jo
