I had got a few estimates from various other firms and was not confident with their approach, however when I dealt with Zen from Butterfly Paving, I was impressed by the level of professionalism from the offset. He took time to understand my needs and was able to advise on a plan which helped me considerably.We agreed however the porcelain slabs were out of stock for a while but he continued to keep me updated and when they eventually were ready, we were able to start proceedings.Throughout the project, I was impressed by his time management and application to the work. His team shared the same ethics and it was a pleasure to work with Zen.He was very accommodating to changes and finished the work within the time frame agreed.
