Paul was absolutely brilliant. The oil that he recommends before the appointment ended up working the trick and I didn’t need any treatment but Paul took his time to answer all of my questions and charged me nothing. Truly excellent and personal service, I would definitely recommend.

I recently was in need of ear wax removal and as this service was not available to me on the NHS I was faced with searching the Internet to find a trusted professional in this field. As anyone who has suffered from this problem severe hearing loss and pressure in both ears it can be distressing. Paul returned my call within 1 hour and treated me the same day.I would have no problem in recommending Paul.He is calm professional and honest and will always be the go to guy if this problem should reoccur top man thanks Paulrrerecommending P

I went for appointment on Monday and he told me to use olive oil to loosen and went back on Thursday and he said it had improved and to see how it went as was away on holiday following week. Paul was honest in saying he thought had improved and didn't want to put pressure in ear if flying. Thanks Paul for taking the time and also I haven't had to pay. I definitely know where to go in future.

Visited Paul to have a consultation about new hearing aids. When Paul examined my ears he noticed a problem and he said he would contact my Doctor about it. I wasn't charged for this service.When this problem is solved I will definitely return to Paul for my new hearing aids. Thank you Paul.

I made an appointment for my Dad who had trouble with ear wax build up. Paul was lovely and welcoming when we arrived and very efficient in his job. He explained what he was going to do before he did it so my Dad didn’t have any surprises. Paul managed to remove the problematic wax and now my Dad can hear again. Many thanks for helping Paul.
