Nelson Domestic Repairs

Cannot fault Nelson Domestic Repairs who I have used previously and each time received excellent service. This time I called due to a fault with my cooker and was informed I would receive a call back confirming day and time of call-out. I did in fact receive a call back informing me that they were on there way and my cooker was fixed promptly. I was impressed with the service and was informed they didn't want to leave me without a cooker over the weekend! Fantastic service and will definitely recommend.

My electric oven wouldn't turn on. Colin was brilliant, gave me some pointers over the phone, which I had already unsuccessfully tried. He came round at the arranged time and managed to find the problem. He was able to bypass the clock and the oven came on. Brilliant service, brilliant price, professional and friendly. Colin is truly an expert. He easily identified the problem of my oven and immediately replaced the broken heating element. Good price for the service and spare parts. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely use this company again and recommend Colin to my friends and family.

Colin was amazing today - Our oven had broken just after xmas and the insurance company let us down today. I have been using Nelson Domestic Repairs for around 20 years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Colin has repaired my dishwasher, tumble dryer, fridge freezer and washing machine in the past, and more recently my trusty Rangemaster oven.He always answers his phone immediately and always visits either the same day or the next. He is a lovely, friendly, very knowledgeable, honest guy. Great work ethic, clean and tidy, professional and expert in his field. Best of all he loves my Dog!His prices are very fair and comparable, and when he couldn't fix my tumble dryer he didn't even charge me for call out.I highly recommend Nelson Domestic Repairs for all electrical appliances.

Called out due to a issue with our washing machine, arrived swiftly less than 2 hours after the call, quickly dealt with the problem and offered helpful expert advice and charged a very reasonable fee. Was very friendly, honest and professional. Would definitely use again, highly recommend.
