We enjoy walking here with the children and our dog, it's a warren of little paths and trails where young minds can get lost in their imagination. We see birds, butterflies and insects, rabbits and frogs. Blackberries are in abundance at the moment the children love finding the juicy ones. It's not a massive walk but it is quiet most of the time. Some of the little paths are very tight especially at the moment with everything growing so well, we would advise covering up or risk some stings and scratches! We arm ourselves with a good pair of scissors or some snips to get those bramble trongs that look to lock us out. Enjoy and respect this quiet oasis.

Leisurely flat land walk. Nice ponds with lots of water birds. Can be tricky in wet weather. Still under development. No entry fee.

Unfortunately we arrived as fencing was being put up, which meant a very muddy track and dodging mini diggers and vans going up and down. Sadly it wasn't the quiet tranquil experience we'd hoped for. If you fork right at the end of the road there is better walking underfoot but harder to see the birds.

I really hate to give places one star, but I really need this to be noticed.NOT ACCESSIBLE!I'm a part time wheelchair user, I can't walk far. I find it shocking, and insulting that there isn't even an attempt to make this place accessible. There aren't many places I can go, but most places make an effort/consideration. It isn't easy to make outdoor areas accessible to all, but at least make same area available - for example, make the path to at least one bird hide accessible. If you have any mobility issue you won't have a chance here.

Awful. Car park is like the surface of the moon, path is a muddy nightmare and the viewing points have rotten steps and broken handrails, plus you can’t see any of the lakes due to the reeds. Was looking forwards to it but was very disappointing.
