This has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had when buying a car. No pushy salesmen and time given to look around and decide. We were allowed to take the car for a test drive and on returning we went ahead and bought it. It was ready for us the next day and the handover only took 10mins!!! Some of these bigger garages could learn a lot from Daventry Used Car Centre. I cannot recommend them enough.

From start to finish it was a great car buying experience.No pressure selling from the guys.Me and my wife were allowed to inspect the car that I was interested in without any interference. We were then allowed to take the car for a test drive, we did a satisfactory deal and we bought the car within a few hours.I recommend Daventry Used Car Center to anyone wanting a hassle free change of car. Firstly i must apologise for this late review. After buying a Mazda cx 5 from them i shortly had a problem with the Turbo and broke down in Ripon Yorkshire. I am from Northampton and was visiting my sister. I made a phone call to Jeremy and after a discussion we decided that i rang up the RAC who i had my cover with. The only problem i had there was that i only had 10 mile radius cover so this was going to be a further cost. This turned out to be about £300 pound so Jeremy said he would reimburse with the bill. After being picked up by the RAC they dropped my car off at Daventry car Sales. The next day i spoke to Jeremy who said he was going to get the car repaired and pay the cost for that. A few days later Charlie rang me and said all was good and come and pick up the car, it as now been about 2 months since it was repaired and i am very pleased to say it runs like a dream. All i can say to Charlie and Jeremy that it was a great pleasure to have done business with them and not all car sales people are there to rip you off. Last week I went to view a car and instantly fell in love! Jeremy gave us time to look and inspect the car before making a decision. He wasn't pushy at all like most car sales people. Jeremy talked through the finance options available and the agreed option was at a competitive rate. The car came with a full mot, service and 3 months warranty which put my mind at ease. I had just had my first experience with car troubles- failed engine. The cost to repair was worth a new car so had to scrape.I was in a difficult situation as I had lost a week of work and did school runs on root from Southbrook to Danetree hospital.I got Jeremy out of the house on a Sunday and he was at the shop in 30 from our conversation. He showed me around and even checked finance for me that morning. I did not qualify. I had a call on the Monday morning from Jeremy saying a car had just come through and was within my budget.I ran to Daventry used car courtyard like a lightening strike and there was my Vauxhall.Jeremy gave me an above and beyond test drive as I needed to run an errand before purchase. Not only that, Jeremy drove me to the post office to do the road tax after purchase. My experience working with Jeremy was very positive. There was no pressure, just good advice. I arranged a viewing on the phone and everything went really smoothly from there. It's been a while since i have bought a car and wasn't familiar with the process or the paperwork but Jeremy helped with all of that too. Top Notch. Highly recommended!
