I used this service today and wanted to leave a review for Zarina, she is brilliant. Great service and the most gentle beauty therapist ever. Thank you so much.

Very poor customer service! Wasn’t greeted or spoken, no expression on the lady’s face everything I said was simply responded to with a head nod. Whilst I was getting my eyebrows done a Caucasian lady walked in who was greeted and spoken to politely ironically as I am Asian and so was the lady who was doing my brows. She rushed my eyebrows and there is still loads of hair all around the eyebrow especially on the top left, which looks so silly. Due to the poor lighting and the fact she was rushing me out of the shop ( it was 1.30pm) I didn’t notice till I got home. This is inconvenient as I’m going on holiday tomorrow and considering they charge £6 for eyebrows which is double the price of surrounding competitors, you think they would actually do the job and provide a decent service. Never going back, lack of professionalism and basic manners is appalling.

Service is very bad. I went for eyebrow threading, it’s so painful and they literally cut my skin.Staff don’t speak English.Not recommended

I have been visiting Silky Brows for 2.5 years now. They are absolutely brilliant, I don’t trust anyone else! Prompt service, no need for bookings and excellent quality of treatments for me everytime. Thanks to all the team, apologies but you’re stuck with me for many more years!

Terrible experience - eyebrow tint was left on, black dye under my eyes, lots of dye in my, eyes was very slapdash and painful around my eyes, was on the phone at the same time! Then charged £30. Cannot be trusted

The shellac came off after a week. One week. You get what you pay for. Also, I don't think they're all trained properly as the lady who did my nails was full on messy with it. Like a kid with crayons. I have a pic but Google won't let me post it for some reason.

Staff are pleasant and friendly and the shop seems fairly clean - could probably use a bit of TLC. Always feels like they’re in a rush though and attention to detail isn’t great. They’re not aiming for perfection - just speed. The lighting isn’t great in the shop so when they show you what’s been done it’s very hard to see if it’s good. I’ve used them a few times just because of convenience and when I get home always notice a few stray hairs. I would say it’s ok but not brilliant.

This is definitely not the place for lashes…tried them twice 6 months apart same results…very tacky and untidy lashes start falling out same day!! £70!!

I am not someone that normally leaves reviews. However my experience was so bad I felt I should. Very slap dash. Didn’t ask what shape I wanted. Kept answering the phone constantly and then coming back and doing my eyebrows. My eyebrows don’t match. One is way thinner than the other and hairs underneath have been left. When I queried this the women doing them was abrupt and rude.
