Sussex Audiology Centre - Goring
Recently visited the Goring clinic with my husband David who was in need of new hearing aids.The whole experience, from booking to the follow up after delivery of his new hearing aids, was excellent.I would particularly recommend Lauren, the Audiologist who carried out the assessment. She was really lovely, as well as being thorough, very knowledgeable and professional.I'm ecstatic that my mumbling is cured! But, of course, David is as pleased with his new hearing aids as I am (!!)...but never remembers to leave a review.

Sussex Audiology Centre - Goring
I've suffered with tinnitus for many years. Recently it became too much to cope with and after some investigation and with a little apprehension I visited Phil at the Goring branch of Sussex Audiology Centre. It turned out to be a very pleasant and quite rewarding experience. The service is second to none and the quality of the hearing aids is superb, really easy to manage and so unobtrusive I have to check that I have them in at times. Genuine 5 star review.

Phil the audiologist at Goring and/or Ferring is outstanding. He is very thorough in all aspects of getting the right hearing aid, explaining how to help yourself to adjust to the new kit and getting the very best result. After sales care is second to none. I wish we had found him years ago as it has improved our quality of life immensely

I had a hearing test which revealed I required a hearing aid. Phil was fantastic in explaining all the elements to the hearing aid and how it would benefit me. The fitting and frequency of the hearing aid was super quick and easy to do with Phil. I’ve been back and had the frequency adapted and the after sales service is fantastic. Phil couldn’t be more helpful. Being 44 getting a hearing aid could have been difficult to come to terms with but Phil was brilliant and I can’t thank him enough for his help and the results are immediate.

Having visited Phil at Goring for hearing tests, before and after the surgery I had to have on my ear, I would happily recommend Phil to anybody who is having hearing problems.Taking the advice of Phil I upgraded my hearing aids and the difference between the old and new is quite astounding and his after sales care has been exemplary, nothing is to much trouble for him.Must not forget the receptionists who are always pleasant smiling and helpful.

The service that I’ve had from Phil Cornwell has been second to none! His expertise & knowledge of hearing loss is amazing.I am delighted with my hearing aids & the care that he has taken to explain everything & ensure that I now enjoy the best hearing possible. It’s also great to know that the ongoing aftercare is there & that I can call anytime to make an appointment .Thank you!

Outstanding service from start to finish. My experience was excellent. Phil was very professional, patient and kind as it 3 visits to remove all my ear wax! Julia the receptionist was very welcoming and put me at ease straight away. I am very thankful to everyone at Sussex Audiology Centre.

Since losing my hearing & struggling with the NHS hearing aids & appointment system going to Sussex Audiology Centre in Goring has been a godsend. I can’t praise Phil enough for his professionalism & kindness. Always available to see me & help out at any time. The receptionists are always very helpful & always have a smile. I would certainly recommend Sussex Audiology Centre to anyone who has any sort of hearing difficulties.
