The people and pastor of Northwest Baptist Church are friendly and very welcoming. They love God and the Bible and people. I know whether you are a Christian already or simply searching for answers, you will be blessed by a visit to Northwest.

I love the people of Northwest Baptist Church! They are the kindest, most servant hearted group of people you could ever hope to meet! They have a deep love for the Lord, each other, and their city! I have personally seen the Pastor, and others of the church share the gospel with those they meet among the streets of the city, and while out and about. They are very passionate about sharing the gospel message clearly; salvation through Grace alone, in Christ alone, so that their city, and others around the world might know the truth! And they have a strong burden, and ability to teach the Scriptures clearly! The messages preached always stir and challenge, convict, and uplift my heart! I know that simply walking in the doors of this wonderful church will bless anyones heart who is seeking to find Jesus, or desires to know Him more!!! It has been nothing but a blessing to me!

I had the pleasure of visiting Northwest Baptist Church at the beginning of March. The people were friendly and welcoming. The pastor proclaimed the Gospel of Jesus Christ and truly has a heart for the people of the city.

They won't even share with you the gospel when you ask online through messenger.They either don't know what you must repent to be saved from/to or they don't care about the lost.

Derry Baptist has been so welcoming to my family! You can tell they really love all people Our wee ones can be a bit noisy and the Pastor and others have been so friendly and accommodating. Our girls have loved the kids club, classes, and the tea biscuits after each service:)We love how the church focuses on a relationship with Jesus rather than on religion. It has been neat to meet people from different backgrounds from the Cityside, Waterside, and international community all in one place and worshipping together.We love the focus on solid Bible teaching, prayer and encouragement to study the Bible and develop a personal relationship with Jesus.This church is evangelistic in nature and focused on giving the Hope filled message of the good news of the Gospel.

I appreciate the fellowship with others here in Derry. I know my kids are cared for in their class and learn more about Jesus. The teaching is straight from the Bible and has helped me learn more about who Jesus is.

A fantastic place of worship where no one cares about who you are where you are from or what denomination you belong to. They are only interested in correctly dividing the word of truth (Bible). Constantly leading peaple to Christ. They have zeal and passion to do God's will. The fellowship melts and Mend broken-hearted through the power of the holy spirit

Myself and my family were truly blessed when we came across the Northwest Baptist Church.After relocating close by we prayed that we would find a church that would be happy to welcome us in and share the gospel. Upon our first visit, we were made very welcome by Pastor James and the congregation; their kindness showed no bounds. We were especially taken aback of how well your teachings were delivered, and how you would explain in depth the meanings behind the lords word.We have since moved out of the area but often receive warm messages of prayer from James, who has never forgotten us.We endeavour to make a trip very soon, god willing.We will continue to keep you all in our prayers.Until we all meet again, may God bless you and keep you safe.
