First time coming here, was very clean and staff were nice enough, although I’mDisappointed with my kittens first vaccination, the vet pinched the kittens neck to give the vaccination when injecting, it went right out the other side on to the table, as she went right through both sides of her skin. So she had to administer a second one luckily done it correctly. Not sure if I will be taking her back for second vaccination and think I may cancelling my healthy care plan.

Wonderful staff who excel at compassion and understanding. They made the loss of our 14 year old fur baby a little easier and gave us time to grieve without feeling like a burden.

First time using these vets being new to Exeter. Very good service from initial call to appointment. Vet was great, comprehensive examination and treatment. We are pleased we signed up with Coty Vets.

Rang 07-02-23 for a price to have a dogs teeth cleaned- very very rude receptionist who couldn’t be bothered to even address the issue I rang about. Didn’t even want to try and help. Avoid at all costs - covid has created mannerless , uncaring businesses.Update.Mandy from the heavitree branch contacted me to follow up on my review. It seemed to be going down the route of “this was said , that was said” which I never like to get involved with. I feel that in future if I contact this lady direct , more help will be forthcoming.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, both vets Caroline and Hannah always understand our cat Buffy’s needs and always advise us on the options available to us for our 21 year old cat.Reception with Marie is always a chat first and it helps having a friendly face at “front of house”. Nursing team always on hand to hand out advice on medication and how to administer.Overall a pleasure experience in what could be a stressful situation when you have an elderly animal, but they make it all so normal and we appreciate that

I was here because I thought my dog had a Infection, and Caroline the Vet was very good and gentile with my dog and gave her some Antibiotics which seems to be working.
