A big thank you to all at Manhattan. Really friendly and helpful, great shop!The day after I got the bike I got a puncture. The bike was recovered really quickly, so the free breakdown really works. I was dropped off at Manhattan where I got a cup of tea and the bike was back on the road before the tea was cold.Thanks a million!

The shop has a retro feel totally suited to the bikes they sell. That’s a good thing because the other thing the shop owners do is use good old fashioned common sense to make sure they have a stock of parts that customers may require to keep their bikes on the road. This may sound obvious but I phoned a couple of other dealers a lot nearer to me that could not assist. Not only did Manhattan have what I needed, the staff advised me on a number of issues to ensure I was getting the right part for my bike, and ensure no other parts were needed (parts they also had in stock). This little shop and show room is rammed with bikes and spares, and the shop is staffed by people who can’t do enough to help you. I would highly recommend buying anything here, from a new bike (knowing you’ll get great after service) to spares and service items (knowing that if anyone has what you need , these guys are likely to. If not, I have no doubt it would be sorted as quickly as possible. It would be great if all shops were like this.

I don't normally do reviews.My 600 Bandit has never run right in the 5 years I've had it. I have had it in two garages (which I won't name as it isn't proffesional) in attempt to get it sorted to no avail.A friend recommended Manhattans and OMG did they sort it.It runs like an absolute dream perfect tick over and very responsive.Could not be happier.Highly recommended, great guys and a pleasure to deal with.

One of the very few remaining independently owned motorcycle, parts and accessories shops around. Had amazing personal service from Steve when buying my first helmet and gloves. So much better than the big sheds. Keep up the amazing work guys.

What a brilliant little motorcycle shop Manhattan Motorcycles is! From start to very end, the whole experience of buying my bike was great. It all started from a call after registering my interest in a bike on the Royal Enfield site, which progressed to a visit, two test rides and then the purchase - and at no point was there ever any pushy sales tactics or anything, just a welcoming and friendly environment with as much time, help and information on offer as I needed.When I first visited I was told everything I needed to know about the bike I was interested in and although it was available to buy, I was encouraged to wait for the demo model to come in and try it to make sure it really was what I was looking for.I was kept in the loop whilst we waited for the demo model to come in and as soon as it was available I was invited down. After that test ride I was not pushed to buy the bike, instead invited to give the bike another ride any time to help make my mind up, which is exactly what I did a couple of weeks later (with no pressure sales calls or anything in between).As soon as I was sold on the bike that was it, very simple purchase process, very easy collection and getting myself all sorted and on the road!I can't thank Steve enough for all his help, and the team in the workshop for running through everything they needed to to get the bike handed over. After such a smooth process I can highly recommend Manhattan Motorcycles and I will certainly be back for services etc. as I know my bike will be in great hands with everyone there!

Manhattan is clearly a business that focuses on the customer. From initial contact to placing an order was actually a very pleasant experience.Although very busy they made time for me, no rush no hard sell and no hidden extras.A refreshing change from the huge glossy showrooms of the corporate style dealerships.Steve kept me informed of the progress of my order throughout the process.

Triumph st1050. Stranded twice due to battery going flat. These guys picked my bike up and sorted it the same day. Faulty rectifier. Now up and running again. Can't thank them enough. Top marks all round
