Genuinely one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had. Took them six weeks to acknowledge a faulty unit they'd sold me. Only after endless phone calls and emails did I get a response, at which point I was told they would provide a replacement unit but I would be responsible for the £200 re-installation costs. Avoid at all costs.

Leena was helpful during the sales process and then the team stopped responding post sales. We purchased a Howden's brand extractor fan that operates at a sound level unsafe for a newborn and asked if we could choose a different appliance. The Howden's team never responded after sending an engineer who acknowledged it was a known problem.

Great customer service! We were served by a really helpful guy today. Wish we had got his name. He took the time to make sure we got the units we needed within the budget we had. It's nice to buy things from people that care. Would definitely recommend this place.

Highly recommend Howdens. We are first-time home owners with no renovation experience. I was nervous about renovating the kitchen, but the process has been surprisingly smooth and the outcome amazing. The experience of designing our kitchen (with Tatiana’s help) was fun and straightforward. All items were delivered on time, and Howdens quickly solved any issues. Our fitters (James Matthew Solutions) have done an incredible job, and have lots of experience with Howdens kitchens. It took just under a month to complete, from the day the old kitchen was taken out. We couldn’t be happier, it was 1000% worthwhile. Thank you!

Nice kitchens and proper quality, but the staff is clearly not motivated which is an absolute shame when thinking on who to recommend when specifying a kitchen.
