Great friendly staff. Ever so helpful. Was clean and well managed. Drinks were made very very well. Immeasurably better than the costs in Ross on Wye and other big brand name stores in Monmouth.

Early morning relaxing coffee time spoilt by loud swearing of customer interacting with staff, general talk but bad language being use. ( by the customer not staff) but never the less I think the staff member could of told him quietly not to swear as they do seem to be friendly and is a regular . This happens quite frequently .

I visited this costa on friday and Saturday last week with my partner. The best service i have ever had at a Costa by a country mile. The girls serving are so friendly which makes the coffee experience even nicer. Thanks ladies:)

The barista are truly amazing lovely people and ever drink and meal they make feel like they have put genuine effort into it. Lovely vibe, chill people and just an amazing, reliable, chilllll cafe.I recommend the Frostinos

Nice little Costa Coffee with good service. Tables need clearing away a bit more often though. Maybe a station for customers to place empty cups and plates when done may help. Staff always pleasant.
