Excellent place to go, everyone is so friendly and helpful. My dog always looks and smells lovely when finished.

Fantastic place and a great team. From my first initial phone call to the familiarisation visit and then the groom itself, I could not fault them.The team was so caring of my rescue dog Isla, and I felt she was in safe hands.Isla looked amazing when I collected her. Being an unusual breed, I didn't really know what to ask for, but through the consultation beforehand, I just went through what I thought was needed, and I felt listened to, and the result was perfect. Isla was so chilled when she got home, too. Usually, it can take her a while to de stress, so that told me all I needed to know. Our first visit was a success, and we will be coming back. Happy dog, happy human, thank you, Furbabies.

I'm.over the moon with my dog's groom. This is the first time we've visited Fur Babies after trying a number of other groomers. My dog was quite matted as we have taken a while to find a groomer we like. I know Fur Babies were so gentle with him as he was so calm afterwards whereas recently he has been very nervous and agitated for grooms. We used to go to Lucy at Parkvets but she stopped grooming a couple of years back. I've finally found somewhere I feel my dog is safe and happy. And the groom itself was fab esp considering he had quite a bit of matting. Highly recommended Lily at Fur Babies!

Fur Babies always do such an excellent job of hand stripping our dog. He always comes back looking very clean and well groomed. They are all very knowledgable and friendly people. Wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else to be groomed!

I chose this spa as my tripod cat is getting very upset and anxious within a vets surroundings and is very nervous when having his nails clipped.I explained this to the girl who booked the apt and she said they have early apts just for their small furry animals, to make it stress free. The apt was booked for 8.45am and I was advised by the member of staff to arrive 15 minutes early. My partner arrived at 8.30am (in a cab) to find the shutters shut and the phone number went to voice mail. The spa is on a very busy road right by a school. It was incredibly noisy and busy and my cat was trembling with fear. He waited 13 minutes and just as the cab arrived at 8.43am to take him back home, the lady turned up to open the shop. By this time my cat was incredibly upset and violently shaking. Please do not advise clients to arrive 15 minutes early if you are going to arrive 2 minutes before the apt to open the shop.It is not a safe environment outside the shop for clients of cats to wait outside at that time in the morning. Why was I told to arrive 15 minutes early......it seems incredibly unprofessional to open the shop 2 minutes before your first appointment.

Excellent groomers, could not recommend enough! They are great with my Cockapoo Vinnie and he always leaves smelling lush and soooo soft!

Fur babies always do an excellent job with our pet guinea pig, Doreen. Doreen has a bit of an attitude problem however Fur Babies always keep her calm, and she comes home looking fabulous. The best groomers in the area by some distance.

I have been taking my Miniature Dachshund Chester here since he was a puppy and cannot fault them! They are absolutely fantastic and very professional. Kate and the team are always super friendly and helpful.Chester always comes out looking and smelling fresh. If your looking for a local groomers this is the place to go.
