My friends and I needed a storage service to store our things for the summer when we couldn't move into our student accommodation yet. The overall experience with this service is fantastic. Bhupen, the storage manager, is extremely helpful and patient in explaining the process, relevant paperworks and payments and answering all my questions. The storage itself is clean and well-secured. They also provide moving service, which makes settling into a new accommodation a lot easier. The overall service is efficient, helpful and reasonably priced - would recommend to students like me and my friends who need a temporary storage over the summer.

Really happy and pleased with the service I received from the Soho Vanguard Storage - was my first time using this branch and they are so friendly , supportive and helpful. Their speedy and efficient service they delivered to me today was amazing and will absolutely use their help again if I need anything. Thank you Bhupen & Alastair!Also want to say a huge thank you to Bakaa vans (highly recommended by soho vanguard) I needed their last minute and quick help to move my items from my office to the storage unit and everything dealt with very easily, professionally and would love to use their movers service again. I've only know Bhupen for a short period of time but his customer service towards us and the company is OUTSTANDING. He really goes the extra mile with anything we may need/require from Vanguard. He is very easy to talk to and has a great understanding on what any customer will want. Great manager but the lift down ti the storage are for more than a week not working. have to carry all storage items various floors. apparently the owners of the car park not interested to fix problem. totally unacceptable. issues with the lift have to be addressed within hours like any other well managed site. i cancelled my storage as this is not acceptable. Compensation should be offered based on a daily basis when lift is out of order. it happens numerous times ….
