Left me and my partner without a working toilet for 10 days, did nothing about a developing mould issue. Now trying to cause us issues for problems they refused to deal with at the end of tenancy. Absolute shambles

At the start they were really helpful and then the lies started coming and we didn't know what to believe. They are time wasters and don't care about the people they are messing with. We they say we will contact you in a week never heard of them I always had to chase them and always the same answer of I will have to check and get back to you. I have never seen an estate agent so rubbish in my life I can wait when I am out of this mess to never have to see of hear off them again. What a joke of a estate agent

Absolutely shocking estate agent, I put an offer in and was accepted and in just over a week I supplied ALL required documents and my mortgage advisor even contacted them to say all is going though to then be told they have accepted another offer so I’ve been gazumped. For a so called professional estate agent to do this it outrageous. It’s cost me time and money but obviously they wanted more money so decided to go with a higher offer so unprofessional

Unfortunately we didnt have a positive experience at Wrexham Branch with the individual worker working our case. Unprofessional and the communication requires a big improvement! We experienced a data protection breach and the person dealing with it didn't even apologise! The property details also were inaccurate and unfortunately some major issues weren't declared despite being known to agent and vendor.
