This is a great Mazda dealership, clean, modern, bright and a friendly atmosphere unlike other dealerships I had visited. Having just picked up my 66 plate Mazda 3. Mark Bolton on Sales was excellent, a really friendy genuine chap. No pushy sales of higher value trims, options or extras. Instead he listened to my never ending list of likes and dislikes. After calling and explaing to Mark that I had an issue with getting to them to collect my car he didn't hesitate to offer to personally drive the fifty something miles to collect me in order for me to collect my car as he had listened and remembered that I needed it that week.

Laura Field dealt with me. She was not only professional and helpful she was completely lovely. She found me the colour of my car that I wanted where the other salesperson said there were none left in that colour! She did everything she said she would do and got the car ready at my convenience. She was brilliant!

Just completed the purchase and drove away in our new cx-3.From the time we walked onto the premises 2 weeks ago we both felt that we'd made the right choice of supplier due to the attitude and customer care of all staff.All staff members were friendly and actually looked like they enjoyed their work sadly lacking with other main dealerships.Our thanks and appreciation goes especially to Wayne for his professionalism and Simon for his over seeing of the transaction.Lovely motor and a Company well worth dealing with.Great job all of you and a letter being posted to head office also with our thanks.Jo & Bernie

Car was unprepared for collection - paintwork had been missed - interior damages - bumper and grill accident damaged - engine was damaged by carbon build up and was unrepairable. Dealer failed to find a suitable replacement and left me to find my own car - delays from dealer returning my money.Car registration BG14EZS mazda 6 - major engine issues with carbon build up causing serious running issues. After being in their workshop, they couldn't resolve the issue even with mazda assistance !!Garage still owe money as were due to put me back in the same financial position - this never happened.

I cannot speak highly enough of the sales staff at this dealership. Not only are they extremely helpful during the sales process, but even after the sale has gone through they care and follow up any problems and questions.I am very impressed with Mazda in general,because of the way they provide complete after sales care including accident and complete road side assistance, helping you with their Mazda First scheme at times when you feel you need expert support.I bought a Mazda CX-3 and am very pleased with my purchase. The car is really fun to drive.
