Worst experience this week called them 10 times at night as I had unbearable pains in my tooth, I was told a dentist would call me to set up a emergency appointment, but nothing happened nobody called, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Biggest scam I experienced 9 hours of waiting luckily another amazing conpany helped me.

I’ve been getting my teeth checked here every 6 months for the last 3 years, absolutely great service from All staff at the practice. There’s no other place I’d rather get my teeth checked up other than Premier Dental Care Chatham. Highly recommended!!

Got me in the same day, had tooth out which is what was required, expensive but is in everyone these days.

False advertising, the practice is not open 24/7 for emergencies. Classic!!!!!

Great service, rang at 7pm and was given a next day appointment to have a broken tooth assessed that was causing a lot of pain. £50 assessment fee over the phone and £200 to remove the tooth that day as it was the best option as it was irreparable.

Last night I chipped my composite bonding off my front tooth and called the helpline. A lady called Rachel was very helpful and booked me an appointment today at 9:00am. Romy was absolutely fantastic, she made me feel comfortable straight away and made me aware of each step she would take to fix my tooth. She was so thorough which her check up & the results were amazing. I am so happy with the results and cannot thank her & Rosie enough for their support today! I have now made premier dentist Chatham my permanent dentist & cannot recommend them enough!
