We were just about to write off our Rayburn after a year of non-use and a succession of people trying to get it working, until we contacted Paul at Omnigas. His technical knowledge is first class, he knew exactly what was required to get the Rayburn up and fully functional again, and did so promptly and efficiently. We now have a fully functional Rayburn and a warm farmhouse kitchen. Do not hesitate to use Omnigas.

Our AGA failed shortly after a routine service with a different vendor where a revisit time was 2 weeks. Called Paul at Omnigas and the next day it was fixed. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and will now continue with routine services with Omnigas in the future...

A perfect experience from start to finish. From first contact Paul was polite and respectful and an appointment was made for him to come to my home and service my AGA range and he gave me an approximate cost. An appointment was made with a half hour call before hand so I could be at home to meet him. Well the appointment went like clockwork on the date arranged with the call half an hour before hand like arranged and he gave me a time of arrival. Paul arrived on time. The AGA was checked and serviced impeccably with a new thermocouple and switch and the cost was within a couple of £ of his initial quote which I was so pleased about. Paul also give me some tips on how to keep the AGA looking great and clean. 5* service, 5* company 5*Paul. I have asked to be placed on his 12 month service list. This is second consecutive year we have engaged services of Paul at omnigas. Last year he repaired our coal effect gas fire which was proving very difficult to get repaired. He set about the task methodically and his competence and knowledge is first class. We were so impressed with him that when our boiler went down recently we again had Paul who fitted us a new boiler.Again, first class service, everything well organised, runs like clockwork, takes the stress out of it. He’s very polite, and has an easy manner. Explains everything in a way you can understand. Highly recommended.
