Carl and Abby were fantastic throughout. We were considering not using a high street estate agent, but after Carl came to visit us at the property we were certain he and Bricks + Mortar would do an excellent job, with very reasonable prices too. What we didn't expect, however, was the amazing service we received from Abby once we started having viewings. We had accepted an offer within a week (unfortunately this was just before the fated 'mini budget' and it fell through). However, Abby found a new buyer before it even went back on the market. She followed up every week, and was a really good line of communication when there was confusion with time delays etc. She made a fairly stressful transaction much less stressful.
