They are super friendly. Always do my nails really nice, they last so long and never break. Best nail shop.

Done my nails and they broke after 1 week, went back to get them fixed and they wanted to charge me 5£ for 2 fingers when the whole set costs 25£ and should be their responsibility to fix what doesn't even last 2 weeks. Definitely not going back! 1st time and last!

Lovely set of staff, visit every two weeks for an infill, always love my nails.

If I could give zero stars I would.I’m shocked at the amount of positive reviews for this place.I will not be using again, they overcharge compared to the actual price list advertised, it’s as though they full prices from thin air.Staff are incredibly rude and hostile. This includes the owner who is the only certificated nail tech there, but sits behinds the front desk with a sour puss expression and doesn’t do nails.The salon is an absolute tip also! I was in yesterday, there is dust everywhere, dirty tissues thrown about the place and fake acrylic all over the chairs. Not to mention you walk in and staff are just lazing around with their dirty shoes all over the pedicure areas which clients feet will be on.I was cut three times by the member of staff doing my nails, not once did I get an apology or have them even acknowledge the fact they had hurt me.I was burnt by the drill file also.I had blobs of acrylic left hanging from the end of my nails which burnt my skin.When you walk in you’re not told it’s cash only, i did not have a cash on me, what business doesn’t take card in todays society?! I then asked to pay by bank transfer, which I had done previously. Honestly you would have thought I asked for the owners first born child. I was tutted at and had the owner roll her eyes at me!The most unprofessional, rude, unwelcoming and filthy nail salon in Luton. This place should be closed down by trading standards! It’s gone so down hill. I will not be returning and have reported the safety and cleanliness standards to the council.

If i could give a zero stars I would… DO NOT VISIT THIS NAIL SALON. I requested gel powder and arrived with natural beautiful long nails. I left short, uneven, messy nails that were 4 different shapes. Please see attached pictures showing the dreadful state of my nails. I can’t stress this enough… DO NOT visit this Luxury Nails 209 if you value your nails.

I’ve been getting my nails done on and off for 10 years and this is by far my favourite nail salon so far! My nails are always immaculately done; no chips or breaks ever! The staff are always so kind and refreshments are always offered too ❤️

Having done my nails at different types of salons for yearsss I have NEVER loved my nails so much. Absolute perfection. I got a pedicure by the female owner, and I believe the daughter Sinh did my infill for me. She painted a French manicure on with no mistakes, absolute perfection. As for the pedicure, I had a hot stone massage as a part of the pedicure experience it was amazing! Sinh listened and she did exactly every little thing I asked for. I am so so happy I have finally found myself a my life long nail salon. They are an amazing family run business who you know and can tell have been in the mail industry for years! The experience shows. Overall, just look at the pictures and you’ll see how amazing my nails are!
