I've had a few good pieces done here....never had any problems at all. All of my frames are still going strong....I've never had any photos shoots but I will in the future. Easy to talk to the staff and always busy. I would have given it 5 stars however, trying to do prints that are personal is just impossible. The size of the shop means that people who are waiting have nothing stopping them looking at everything your doing. Apart from this.....I would highly recommend it.

My family and I went in for passport photos and all 4 of us were done, printed and paid within 10 minutes. Excellent COVID restrictions in place and a very friendly staff member. Happy to recommend!

Bought a frame and aperture was far less than stated - tried to rectify and Mark was extremely rude, unhelpful and condescending. Mark refused to accept fault despite accepting that his listing was incorrect and unclear. I would NEVER buy from this company again. Absolutely disgusting lack of customer service, rude and unprofessional.

SO pleased with my experience with these guys. They were so friendly and lovely, produced an amazing frame and got it done on time for Christmas as they said they would. Will definitely be returning and couldn’t be happier!

Bought two triple portrait white frames. Packaging was very poor, they stuck out of the box, although they were bubble wrapped. One frame has damage to the corner and to be honest they are poor quality with plastic front not. They were cheap £18 each, so you get what you pay for. Free delivery was a bonus.
