Meditation is all knew to me, so finding this class was so out my comfort zone, its been a couple of months now, n I can tell u I LOVE IT!!! Breath work is a work in progress, I'm working hard on it though, I'll continue to go to Nickys class he's very welcoming n understands were all different thank u

I love coming to this class. It helps so much with my anxiety and stress levels. Nicky is such an amazing teacher he goes out his way to help you. Loving the trips to salt cave that nicky arranges so relaxing. I would recommend this class 100%

Nickys breathwork classes are amazing, would highly recommend. He is so confident and positive in what he does and is a great teacher. It’s life changing, I would highly recommend anyone to go give it a try!

Perfect for beginners and anyone struggling with stress and anxiety.Really friendly and relaxed atmosphere - Nicky is a great teacher and he can teach you different techniques that will help you in your everyday life. Highly recommend!

Having done breathwork with a few different instructors, I travelled from Ayrshire to Cambuslang for Nicky's class, he was so welcoming & the full session was amazing. I felt so relaxed & chilled after my first session & had a great sleep that night.

Being a jiu jitsu athlete i was finding it hard to to breathe properly during live training. I visited soalclan and nicky helped me massively with this issue with his breathing exercises and meditation classes. Would highly recommend
