Gone downhill in the past year or so most staff seem to have left and got poor replacements but glab the skinny old blonde woman has left she was awful. Luke and Johnny still doing a great job

We've visited this store a few times. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We visited today for dining chairs. Lots of choice and there are display ones for you to try.

Bought a very expensive mattress from the gold section, which is warranted for 25 years. After just 5 years the mattress is unusable and causes back pain regardless of caring for it. The store rejected the claim and refuse to assist due claiming this is normal wear and tear. Their whole warranty policy is a scam and now I have to go through the small claim court to recover the money in order to replace it SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Would have given 1 star if possible. Customer Service is shocking, bought an expensive mattress with 15 year guarantee, after not even 2 years the springs are poking out. JYSK refuse to replace or refund, terrible service, avoid.
