Accessorize

Had an embarrassing encounter yesterday in this store. A pair of earrings cost me one of my worst shop experience. The assistant Lucy was obviously not having the best days. She followed me around the shop to challenge me that I had left shoes on the floor. None of them I had touched or tried on. On checking, after stipulating my shoe size, I did not get any apology but an “oh I was only asking”. I am not sure if she goes around asking customers if they have left shoes on the floor. I did feel singled out and questioning why. Will not be putting myself through that by visiting that shop. Even wondering how I didn’t just walk out and dropped the items I purchased.

Had a great experience getting my ears pierced with Choe :) She was very friendly and calm and gave me all the info I needed to know in terms of maintenance and cleaning. It all went seamless, can’t but recommend!

my nan got her ears pierced here yesterday by chloe and she had a great experience, chloe was very kind towards her and lots of the other customers in the shop!! she explained everything perfectly and went through all of the after care!! thank you chloe!! (also thank you for being in my bereal!! it made my day!!)
