I received excellent customer care yesterday when I brought my car in to have tyre pressures checked as I suspected there might be a slow puncture. The mechanic kept me informed during a thorough check, and was very supportive giving me advice

I called in at Kwik fit on Outer Circle this morning with a puncture. I don't normally leave reviews but I was really impressed with the service so here goes. They were busy when I arrived but Paul booked my car in quickly and said they could look at the tyre at 10.00. I chose to wait and just before 10am Luke started to work on my vehicle. I could not have asked for a more polite and helpful member of staff. He explained the options, keeping me informed as things progressed. So refreshing.Super service and a great team. I will definitely go back.

Excellent service. After being let down by a different branch, I went here on the off chance they could look at my brakes. Even though they were busy, they ordered the parts and fitted them within a couple of hours. Very helpful! Highly recommended!

We booked a free winter health check because we had one or two concerns about the car, Dave and his team checked them all out and reassured us that the car was safe to drive and even fitted a spare part which we had brought with us. He was friendly, helpful and gave us good advice, all for no charge. We are very impressed with the service and will be returning to have an MOT and service next spring.

I don't normally leave reviews unless I am impressed. I called in this morning with a very flat tyre and so wasn't going anywhere! The Staff sorted me out straight away even though they were busy. The service was excellent- very polite and efficient. Thank you for helping me get on my way again, with no hassle!

I had a screw in the side wall of my nearside rear tyre, the Outer Circle Lincoln branch were fully booked but the lovely young gentleman managed to fit me in after a short wait. The only thing I would comment on is the poor young gentleman was on the front desk and working in the garage so his work was constantly interrupted when someone came into the reception which meant jobs took longer.

Thought Imight have a puncture and Dave and his team made time to check and put some air in for me despite it an being incredibly busy Monday morning for them following a wintry weekend. They then checked it a few days later. I can't thank them enough for the incredibly kind, efficient and friendly service.

Wonderful team with very organised approach. Works well with professional ethics. They hadn’t charged me for a tyre valve repair. Good customer support.
